Where am I logged in to Facebook, and how do I log out everywhere?

Facebook keeps a list of every active session in Password and security → Where you’re logged in. Each entry shows a date, time, location and device — and you can end any of them, or all at once.

How to do it

Open Password and security

In Accounts Centre, choose Password and security (you may see Meta Account settings as Facebook moves people to Meta Accounts).

Open “Where you’re logged in”

It lists every session you’re currently signed in to, with date, time, location and device type.

Select the sessions to end — or Select all

Then Log out; it immediately signs you out on all the devices you picked.

What each option means

Each session entry shows
FieldWhat it tells you
Date & timeWhen that session was last active
LocationThe approximate place the session is in
Device typePhone, tablet or computer, and the browser or app

Worth knowing

Logging out a session doesn’t change your password. If you see a device you don’t recognise, log it out and change your password and turn on two-factor login — that’s the real fix, not a “spy” app.

Questions

Will the other device know I logged it out?

It simply gets signed out and will ask for your password next time — no alert is sent to it.

What are login alerts?

Privacy Checkup can turn on alerts that tell you if someone logs in from a place Facebook doesn’t recognise.
